Q: Why does my WYÛR not see my sensors?
A: Make sure your sensors are awake and broadcasting. Typically moving an ANT+ sensor will wake it up, but some sensors, such as the Whoop band, require an internal setting to broadcast their signal.
Q: Why does WYÛR not see my Whoop band?
A: For WYÛR to pair with Whoop, you will need to open your Whoop App, navigate to settings, and toggle on 'Broadcast Bluetooth'. When you are finished with your workout, we recommend toggling this off for your Whoop to save your Whoop battery and to ensure the Whoop disconnects from WYÛR, which will allow the WYÛR to sleep and save the WYÛR battery as well.
Q: Why is my trainer resistance not changing in Zwift?
A: For WYÛR or CÔRD to be able to control a smart trainer, they MUST have the ANT+ FE-C profile paired in the Indoor Training setup. See 'Setting up WYÛR and CÔRD for virtual training' for best practices.
Q: Why did my battery die overnight?
A: When using your WYÛR for indoor training, the smart trainer will always stay connected causing a fast battery drain so we recommend either unplugging your trainer or putting your WYÛR into hibernation mode. This can occur in other modes or other sensors as well, such as a Whoop band, if the sensor continues to broadcast even when you are finished with your workout.
Q: How do I put my WYÛR in hibernate mode?
A: Connect to your WYÛR via ConfigurEZ, navigate to settings, and select 'Hibernate'. This will put WYÛR into deep sleep like it was when shipped and require either an NFC scan to wake, or a battery reset to wake. We are looking at an automatic hibernation mode option for future release (we killed some batteries in testing with this exact scenario) which will be available via a ConfigurEZ update.
