How to pair the NPE Runn… with Peloton App+
The NPE Runn can now be paired with the Peloton App+ when doing an indoor treadmill workout. Below is a guide to get your Runn paired to your Peloton App+.
Before you get started: Please ensure that your Runn is setup properly and reporting speed by following our installation video, here, and by using ConfigurEZ to verify that the Runn is outputting speed and incline data.
Step 1: Open the Peloton App on your device and navigate to ‘Running’ or ‘Walking’, then select the class you want to join.
Step 2: Once you have joined the class, select ‘Treadmill’ and then select your Runn.
Step 3: You should now see your treadmill data on the screen.
If you do not see your Runn show up, first be sure your Runn is powered on and broadcasting Bluetooth. You can do this by plugging your Runn in or double pressing the white button on the Runn. In most cases the double press is not necessary, but it is a useful troubleshooting step.
If your do not see speed or incline reported, first check your setup and confirm whether the Runn is outputting speed by using our ConfigurEZ application.
