Why isn't my Runn reporting speed?

Is your firmware updated?

First, make sure your firmware is up to date. Our latest public release is firmware 3.5.3. You can update your Runn through our Configurez app which is available on the Apple App Store & Google Play Store.

What if my Runn is updated?

Ramp your treadmill speed

Note: You do not need to be on the treadmill for this

  1. Start your treadmill at 9 mph (~14 kph)
  2. Increase your speed 
  3. See if your Runn has started to report speed

Restart your Runn

  1. Connect to your Runn in Configurez
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Restart Runn

    Mine has been spotty for the last few months. just yesterday during the big run, it quit sending speed altogether.

    What if your treadmill doesn't go up to 9mph? There are popular models of under desk walking pads that don't break 4mph, nevermind 9.
