If you have your WASPs connected to your network and have confirmed you are on the same network by pinging the WASPs from your PC or Mac but still do not see the WASPs, follow the steps below.
1. Ensure your router has UDP Packets enabled. The WASP will use port 17653 to receive data from the router for the UDP packets.
2. Ensure your router has Multicast enabled. The WASP will use port 51113 to send data via Multicast to the router.
3. Ensure AP Integration is deactivated. Use this video for steps on completing that.
