Lose connection

I have an apple watch 7 and a garmin edge 530 and it worked great for a month with heartbeatz, but now it loses connection. When I start a workout I have no problem, but after a few minutes the garmin edge loses the connection. Then if I tap my apple watch’s screen it reconnects and works for a few minutes again. Then it loses connection again…

  I met the same issue.

  It was only a temporary problem for me, now it works perfectly.

  I just start to use it.

  I will try it more times.

  I have send an email to customer service and waiting for reply.
