Heartbeatz app not updating

For the last few weeks the phone app doesn’t seem to be updating and since it’s connected to my trainer the heart rate gets stuck. It’s fine on the watch itself except that the counter seems a bit erratic. But I’ve compared the reading to a chest strap and it’s right on. The chest strap connected to the trainer seems fine also. This was working great until recently. New battery in Heartbeatz didn’t help. Uninstalled and reinstalled but didn’t help. iPhone 12 Pro. Apple Watch 5. Tacx Neo 2T. Tacx or Rouvy software.
