No incline after kalibration

New Runn After firmware update there is no incline in configurez app. I can resett the run und kalibrate but it is still 0.0 The speed is OK! When it does not work I will give it back!!! What can i do? I am from Germany

  For some reason I am now having the same issue.  It worked initially but now no incline at all.
