Bluetooth to ANT+ option?

I have a Keiser M3i bike that broadcasts over bluetooth. I would like to receive that broadcast on my Garmin Forerunner watch and Edge Bike Computer.  

Can the CABLE be used for Bluetooth to ANT+ or is only used for ANT+ to Bluetooth?
