WASP Aggregator dies after one-ish days

A few days ago my WASP Aggregator was delivered. Wednesday morning I plugged it in along with WASP-N, and I've been connecting to it during fitness classes to see what I can see. I was able to connect to it for about a day and some change. Now I can't connect to the websocket service. It responds to ping, and ssh still seems to be up.

It came with no documentation, so the only troubleshooting tool I have in my belt is to power-cycle it. I don't want to have to push the reset button every day to keep it running.

What can I do to get in there and see why it crashed and find a remedy? Is there a default ssh username and password? Any help appreciated.
