Runn Power Sleep??
Hi,
I'm not sure if the issue is related to the 'Power on Behaviour Change with the new firmware' post.
Problem: The RUNN seems to go into a sleep mode(???) after a long period of time, which means that my Garmin 245 doesn't connect until I unplug the RUNN (USB) and re-connect.
When I start my Garmin 245 for a Treadmill run sometimes the 'RUNN' connects almost instantly, but if I haven't used the treadmill for say 24 hrs then sometimes it doesn't connect no matter how long I wait. I find that disconnecting the USB cable, which I leave connected all the time, and reconnecting the USB cable again causes the Garmin to instantly connect. When I have this issue the middle blue led is on, and only the middle one.
Is this an issue with RUNN or with my Garmin 245?
Any ideas, or this the accepted solution (usb disconnect/reconnect)?
Thanks so much,
Chris

Hi Chris! We recommend making sure that your Runn is turned off after your workouts. The left and right LEDs should be off (left and right referenced are from view of the white button). If the left LED is on, then that means you are connected via BLE and should disconnect to put your Runn's BLE back into low power advertising. If the right LED is on, then that means your ANT+ radio is on and you can double press the white button to turn it off. We did add a setting option into Configurez so that the double press of the white button can turn on/off both the ANT+ radio and BLE advertising instead of the native setting where the double press only turns on/off the ANT+ radio and BLE advertises at low power.
