Incline stopped working after calibration
Hi had issues with the calibration. Tried top calibrate a number to times hitting the 15% become -10.5% calibration bug that a number of people have had. Now all I get is 0.0 degrees on the incline. No mater what I do. i.e. Factory reset, cal etc. Now sure what to try next. I have all the latest firmware and app updates.

Hi Nigel - We are aware of a bug that doesn't allow you to calibrate incline above 12% right now. We have fixed this for our next update. In the meantime, I recommend using 12% as your highest calibration point.
If after trying to calibrate with 12% as the highest point, that doesn't work for your incline. I recommend restarting your Runn. This is different than restoring factory defaults.
