Hi Nigel - We are aware of a bug that doesn't allow you to calibrate incline above 12% right now. We have fixed this for our next update. In the meantime, I recommend using 12% as your highest calibration point.

If after trying to calibrate with 12% as the highest point, that doesn't work for your incline. I recommend restarting your Runn. This is different than restoring factory defaults. If you continue to have any issues, please reach out to our Support team at support@npe-inc.com or https://npe-inc.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

HI Erin I have tried all of the steps you have said, this has now resulted in the Runn NOT detecting inclination i.e. it now reads 0% regardless of the inclination on the tread mill.

I did. I had to open up the Runn disconnect the battery and reload the firmware and it now works perfectly !
