Runn Incline Incorrect

I am having issues with the incline on my Runn.  I have found that the incline displayed in the app and on my watch will increase and decrease as my cadence increases and decreases.  I initially saw this when the treadmill was in my garage on a concrete floor and i'm also seeing it with the treadmill in the house on a hardwood floor with rubber matting.    The Runn cradle is secured to the side of the treadmill using industrial double sided tape as the 3M tape provided did not adhere very well. I have tried the cradle in three different locations up the side of the treadmill but to no avail. I have also tried to clamp the cradle tightly closed around the Runn to see if it was maybe vibrating in the cradle and this has not made a difference.  

Is anyone else having issues with the reported incline being incorrect while running but being fine when the belt is stopped or when the belt is running without anyone running on it?

    Sadly no resolution. All my workouts have nonsense on them when it comes to elevation resulting in totally false TSS Calculations. I'm fairly disappointed with the support on this particular issue after having promoted the excellent other features to friends

    This is happening with me also, did you ever find a solution? I wish we could have the option to disable incline completely, my treadmill doesn't have an incline setting and this feature is useless to me.

    I agree other than the false incline readings its a fantastic device.
