Senses incline but not speed

Hello My runn wasn’t working initially but did reset firmware update and it was ok. Now it shows incline data but not speed. I’ve tried reset/position changes/ on off/bt on off etc, no avail. Any ideas?

  Hi.

  The exact same thing happens with my unit that I purchased (zwift) a week ago. I installed it and it worked well in four runs and then it did not report the speed, I updated the version and nothing changed, manually I brought the device closer to the band and added one more sticker as one of the solutions that they present and nothing. Incline degrees is capture OK, but not speed. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO.
