Runn does not broadcast speed or cadence after firmware update

    Is it still accessible in Configurez or the Gymtrackr app? If so it might need to be reset. https://npe-inc.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038799731-Runn-LEDs

    Perhaps it's moved up in the cradle and not seeing the stripes on the belt. See https://npe-inc.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360062924332-Runn-not-working

    Thank you Simon. I'm working with support on the issue. We flashed the firmware since it was not accessible to any app. That helped, but there's another small, random issue that we're working through. An engineer is taking a look at it and will advise. Thanks for your response.

    Little late for this thread but my runn stopped broadcasting incline & cadence as well.  Both just showed up as 0 on Gymtrackr and Zwift.  Multiple resets didn't work, finally I let the battery complete drain until the unit powered down.  When I plugged it back in and turned it on, everything worked normally.
