Hi, Before I shell out for a new turbo I came across this product would this enable resistance control for my age old turbo or is it a lost cause? I want to use it mainly for zwift to adjust resistance to match the terrain.

Many thanks for any info.

the turbo is an older i-vortex (as per the one in this video) Tacx have stopped supporting their TTS software and in not a fan of their new cloud app.

  No, the T2021 it is not compatible unless it is a Genius SMART.

  sorry I think its actually a T2170 model classed as a dumb turbo but the Tacx app can interact with it and adjust the resistance.

  Hi Stephen - Unfortunately, since this trainer doesn’t support the standard ANT+ FE-C profile, the CABLE will unfortunately not work with it.

  How about the T2021 Tacx i-genius? Can connect to zwift using CABLE?
