Cable device is not connecting to my iPhone

I purchased this in Dec 2019 and it's been working great. Tonight however the device is not reading my sensors or my iPhone. I'm in a 'Fetching Cable Info' loop with a red light flashing. I opened it and re-installed the app but nothing has changed. The bluetooth on my phone is switched on. Can someone please help? Thanks.
