I have just plugged a gem retro treadmill into my star trac etrx treadmill (CSAFE is enabled on treadmill). I get a green light appear on the module. I go into zwift and connect the gem module as a sensor. I the amber light now illuminates. I start my run but the sensor doesn't appear to be sending out any run speed data. I can turn the speed to whatever I like on the treadmill and yet zwift speed remains zero. Am I doing something wrong, or is there a way to diagnose what stage is failing?

  Not yet. Is this group monitored by the company or is it just a community group do you know?

  Ahh same here! Occasionally I can get it to go after a few tries but it's very intermittent. Has anybody had any luck resolving this?
