    Seem to have the same issue here.
    Did install the new RUNN, checked if the strips where detected, paired to Zwift. All worked in the right way.

    Did the update (worked okay) can connect both ant+ and Bluetooth but no reading of speed.
    Tried a reset but that did not help. Could it be that it does not detect /read the strips anymore?

    Hi Martin, yes, their service is very good. I'm curious what they had you do. For me and before I was able to speak to the help desk, I let mine sit over night and it seemed perfect the next day. No issues since.

    Hi Corey,
    Good to see that the RUNN even has over night self repairing power :-)

    Well to fill you in, Erin reacted quick and at first he let me check if the problem also existed on hogh speeds (it did).
    After that first check he provided a stepwise procedure to flash some software (with an app over bluetooth) into the RUNN.
    The porcedure was clear and after finishing the update the RUNN works like a charm.
