Running speed on Zwift intermittently going zero when running over 11kmph

I've just purchased Runn and everything is working brilliant until I run at a speed that's over 11kmph. Up to then it's accurate but at around 11.5kmph the speed in Zwift keeps dropping to zero every few seconds making it impossible to race other players. E.g. 11.5 for 3 seconds then 0 for a second then back to 11.5 for a few seconds and so on. Please could you advise if there's anything that might help with this. Under that speed and it's constantly fine so I don't think it's the Bluetooth connection. I have 5 strips on the belt spread out with at least 15 inches between them. Distance from belt about 1cm.   Hi Graham! Since you are running at higher speeds, I would recommend only having 2-3 sensor strips about 18 inches apart. If you're still having issues, I would be happy to open a support ticket for you.
