Cadence dropping out

I’m using your device to connect to Zwift on Apple TV. I constantly have cadence dropouts. I have tried garmin older ant+ device with magnets and the newer non magnet dual sensors. Both have dropouts. I could be pedaling at 80 rpm and all of a sudden it would say 19 or 40 or 63 then go back to 80 in Zwift.
Do I have a bad device? The unit is updated.

  Michael opened a support ticket and we were able to solve it by re-assigning his sensors.
