How do I use CABLE on Android device?

I have Apple TV and cant find an App to use with CABLE on my Samsung devices. Everything seems to point towards Apple tablets and phones. Any advice?

  CABLE Util is only available on iOS devices at this time and is needed for the initial setup of CABLE and your sensors. AppleTV operates on tvOS, which is why CABLE Util is not available on that App Store.
