The ability to separate the incline data into another device other than a footpod (my reason behind this is that watches only let you connect one footpod at a time for speed and cadence, but I prefer to use my Stryd footpod for speed and cadence, and use Runn to log the incline data).

I've just installed the Runn on my Life Fitness treadmill.

    1. The mounting bracket could be a bit more rigid. When I mounted it and put the Runn into it it really feels like the Runn might just fall out. I'm tempted to try to secure the unit to the bracket a bit more securely. The unit feels like it will just jump out of the detents.

    2. Some sort of Charge indication, or perhaps an app you can use to log into the unit to check its charge, and calibrate it?

    3. The sensor stickers don't stay on a textured treadmill well at all. They come off after a short period even after I have applied a lot of pressure on them.

Otherwise so far so good. I set the treadmill to 11kph and on Zwift it indicated 11.2kph so its relatively well calibrated straight out of the box.

    • Sensor stickers need a better glue. They fall off.
    • Need a way to check battery level
    • Automated activation (it already shut off automaticaly)
    • Some kind of algorithm for smoothing speed readings. With a Threadmill that is not very powerful, with each step, the speed slows down, which gives eratic readings with a lot of speed variation.

    Thank you !

Feature Request : have descriptions beside each LED so we know what they are without having to do a look up

Feature Request: Have diagnostics tools that can be run on Windows and Android/iOS.

When troubleshooting drop-outs it's unbelievably frustrating trying to figure out is it the Runn/Windows/phone, etc Or is it Zwift.

Feature Request: display firmware version in the Configurez app.

I updated the firmware, but don't know what version I was on before

Feature Request: have release notes for each version of firmware.

I work for a software company, we can't ask customers apply hot-fixes etc without any point, unless we/they know what has changed, what bugs were fixed, etc.

Hi Mícheál - The firmware version is displayed in Configurez when you connect to your Runn. The firmware release notes are in the Notes about the app when you go to update the app.

Since "RUNN" has the BLE & ANT+ interface.

Integrate the "CABLE" & "RUNN", so you have a one-stop shop for Zwift/Other.

I have a BH Fitness Treadmill & Garmin 235 watch.

We can't rely upon the vendors to support things that still work, but the older interfaces.

Option to set speed to 0 if cadance is 0 in Configurez.
This would allow correct milage reading on high intensity interval workouts, when you step of the treadmill on breaks.

Sensor stickers do not stick *at all* to textured treadmill belts. Need a solution for this.

This is THE ONLY ELECTRONIC DEVICE IN THE WORLD where you have to hit the power button twice to turn it on??? STUPID.

    Maybe Firmware fix this.

Hi Doug, Thanks for the feedback! The double press has to do with other functions that the button does. I'll take your feedback to the developers though.

Andy, we do have upgraded sensor strips that are made out of the Gear Aid Tenacious tape that stick to textured treadmill belts much better.

@Daniel, I tried the Gear Aid tape and that didn’t stick either. In the end I had to use a flexible vinyl adhesive to create smooth patches on the belt, and stuck the Gear Aid tape to that.

Battery charge indicator please! At least something to know when it's full and when it's at 10% left

@Andy I think that's the first I've heard that the GearAid tape didn't work on it's own, thanks for the Vinyl adhesive idea.

@Jen T Noted, I can pass this along to the development team. Thanks!

For the ConfigurEZ app, Please add ability to change units. km/h, mi/h or cadence min/km and min/mi. There is enough real estate on the screen you can just have all of them. The point is that for diagnostic purposes, I'd like to compare the speed reported by ConfigurEZ with my treadmill and my watch.
