Your CABLE automatically will turn off after 30 seconds when your sensors connected to it are off and not broadcasting.
- My CABLE is flashing red after I have finished my workout. Make sure that you have completely closed your fitness app and turned off all of your sensors. CABLE may be still be connected to your fitness app or a sensor may be still turned on and so the CABLE is searching for it to connect. If it is still flashing red, open the CABLE Util app, connect CABLE to it, select the menu and tap on “Restore Factory Defaults.” This will completely reset your CABLE.
- My CABLE is constantly flashing red/green. If your CABLE is flashing red/green, try changing the battery. If it still flashing red/green and not connecting to the CABLE Util app, contact us via our Help button in the bottom righthand corner of your screen.
