Wyur not detecting bluetooth fitness equipment

I have an Omvicx Q2S treadmill that works with Kinomap on AppleTV 4K and with the Apple Fitness+ app. I was hoping wyur would help the apple watch work as a HRM in Kinomap but so far not working. Runn does work with Kinomap but not Wyur. Maybe i am doing something wrong. The help pages on NPE only address cycle trainers not treadmills or other fitness equipment. In the Configurz app, a Bluetooth scan does not detect ANY bluetooth fitness devices including my treadmill. I have another treadmill and cycle trainers downstairs. I will try to detect there as well.

  I just tried one of my cycle trainers and it is not detected by wyur either
