NorthPoleEngineering.IO alternative?

Hi i am currently trying to upgrade a . net desktop application to run on windows 11 and i am having issues with the NorthPoleEngineering.IO library.

I am seeing it was last updated in 2015, https://www.nuget.org/packages/NorthPoleEngineering.IO based on the NuGet Package Library, i was wondering if this library is deprecated.

Is it no longer supported?, if so are there any alternatives from NPE to cover these functionalities?.

would you advice to remove this package completely from the windows 11 version since it only supports windows 32x.
