Runn sensor not transmitting incline to watch

I have a fenix 6pro solar. The runn sensor is transmitting speed but not incline to the watch.

  I'm having the same problem, in my case a Fenix 7 Pro Solar.  I've tried setting the device id to zero but this has not helped.
