WASP Class Library & BasicExample for latest .Net Framework version (cross platform)

The current WAS Class Library and BasicExample are configured to work with .Net version 4.8. This .Net version is no longer supported and is not cross platform (Windows only). 

Is there an option which is certified with latest .Net version? 

Is there a Java WASP Class Library or SDK ?
