Cord / ConfigurEz: money to the trash??
I bought the cord converter with great enthusiasm. I wanted to use it with my indoor bike keiser m3i that broadcasts in proprietary bluetooth and pair it with my garmin watch
First problem, the configuration application is garbage. I try to update firmware from a mobile phone, a tablet, a PC, it doesn't matter, it's impossible
Second problem, cord's connection is very very very very unstable constant connection losses between the application and the device
Third problem when I try to pair it with my indoor bike sometimes it appears and other times it disappears in the application And when it finally connects it doesn't let me edit the power speed cadence profiles
Fourth problem when it is supposed to be finally linked and configured it is impossible to recognize it from my garmin watch, cord does not emit any bluetooth or ant+ signal that is recognizable
Can someone help me update the firmware and get a stable connection or can I throw this device directly in the trash??????

As I said before, the team very kindly tried to help me solve my problem
I received a new device at my house with updated firmware, but the same problems persist
I'm trying to use the device as a bridge between my keiser m3i and my garmin epix 2
the connection is absurdly unstable
It is impossible to configure the device through the app without continually losing the connection, and when it seems that the configuration process has finished, the data is lost and I don't know if it is not broadcasting or I simply cannot see it from my garmin
desperate, with the immense loss of time and money
