Update a really old firmware?

I bought my Runn on launch.. literally before the thing was available (order #6546 in Dec 2019!). Have loved it for many years but have never updated the firmware. I have tried Configurez and GymTrakr but to no success. GymTrakr can see the device but I have no option to update. Configurez can't see it at all.

Help?
